Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of The All Rounder website, booking system, sports facilities, events, coaching services, membership offerings, and related services. By using our website, submitting a booking request, making a payment, entering the venue, or using any facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are booking or using services on behalf of another person, team, child, school, organisation, or group, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for ensuring that all participants follow them.
1. Services Covered
The All Rounder may offer cricket turf, football turf, snooker, 8 ball pool, swimming pool access, coaching, memberships, birthday parties, school activities, private events, corporate bookings, and other recreational services. Availability, pricing, rules, timings, and service inclusions may vary by facility, date, season, and booking type.
2. Bookings and Slot Confirmation
- Submitting a booking form does not automatically guarantee slot confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after acceptance by The All Rounder and, where applicable, receipt of required payment or advance amount.
- Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, selected sport, date, time, and any relevant details required for booking.
- The All Rounder may accept, reject, reschedule, or cancel a booking due to availability, maintenance, weather, safety, operational requirements, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.
- Customers must arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce play time and does not automatically extend the booked slot.
- Additional time, extra participants, event extensions, or facility changes are subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Payments, Charges, and Taxes
- Prices may vary based on sport, facility, timing, day, event type, membership, coaching batch, or promotional offer.
- Payments may be collected online, by UPI, card, bank transfer, cash, or other accepted payment methods.
- Any applicable taxes, payment gateway fees, convenience fees, or additional charges may be added where applicable.
- The All Rounder may require full payment, partial advance, security deposit, or event confirmation amount depending on the booking type.
- Failure to complete payment within the required time may result in cancellation or release of the slot.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers, players, guests, parents, guardians, coaches, and event organisers must:
- Follow all facility rules, safety instructions, staff directions, and posted notices.
- Use equipment, turf, pool, tables, rooms, and venue property responsibly.
- Maintain respectful behaviour toward staff, players, guests, and other customers.
- Wear appropriate clothing, footwear, safety gear, and swimming attire where required.
- Supervise children, minors, and group members at all times.
- Avoid unsafe conduct, rough play, abusive language, intoxication, vandalism, harassment, or nuisance.
- Report injuries, accidents, damage, safety concerns, or lost items to venue staff immediately.
5. Safety, Fitness, and Risk Acknowledgement
Sports, swimming, recreational activities, and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, injuries, muscle strain, drowning risk, equipment-related injury, and other accidents. By using the facilities, customers acknowledge these risks and confirm that participants are physically fit and medically able to participate.
Customers with medical conditions, injuries, allergies, breathing issues, heart conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, or other health risks should consult a qualified medical professional before participating. The All Rounder may restrict participation where safety concerns arise.
6. Swimming Pool Rules
- Swimming pool users must follow all pool rules, hygiene requirements, timing restrictions, and staff instructions.
- Children and inexperienced swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult or authorised guardian.
- Running, diving in restricted areas, pushing, rough play, unsafe jumping, intoxication, glass items, and unhygienic conduct are not permitted.
- The All Rounder may deny pool access to any person where safety, hygiene, overcrowding, weather, maintenance, or conduct concerns exist.
7. Damage to Property
Customers are responsible for damage caused by them, their guests, teams, children, invitees, or event participants to turf, pool areas, furniture, tables, cues, balls, equipment, fixtures, lighting, changing areas, or other venue property. The All Rounder may recover repair, replacement, cleaning, or loss charges from the responsible customer or organiser.
8. Conduct, Refusal of Service, and Removal
The All Rounder reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, stop play, remove any person, cancel a booking, or restrict future bookings if a customer or participant violates these Terms, behaves unsafely, causes nuisance, damages property, fails to pay, misuses facilities, or acts in a way that may affect safety, reputation, or customer experience.
9. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds
Rescheduling, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Requests may be approved or rejected depending on slot type, cancellation timing, payment status, event arrangements, staff allocation, third-party costs, and operational impact.
10. Weather, Maintenance, and Operational Changes
The All Rounder may close facilities, delay slots, restrict play, reschedule bookings, or cancel activities due to rain, unsafe weather, power issues, maintenance, repairs, water quality concerns, emergencies, government directions, events beyond our control, or other operational requirements. Where possible, customers will be offered reasonable alternatives subject to availability and policy terms.
11. Memberships, Coaching, and Events
- Memberships, coaching batches, and events may have additional rules, schedules, eligibility criteria, payment terms, attendance requirements, and cancellation conditions.
- Missed sessions, late arrivals, unused membership days, or non-attendance may not be refundable or transferable unless specifically approved by management.
- The All Rounder may change coaches, batch timings, event formats, or facility allocation where reasonably necessary.
12. Website and Dashboard Use
Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false bookings, scrape data, upload harmful code, or use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes. Admin dashboard access is restricted to authorised The All Rounder personnel only.
13. Intellectual Property

14. Photography and Media
Photography or video may be taken at the venue for security, operational, promotional, or event purposes where lawful and appropriate. Customers should inform management if they have a concern regarding photography or promotional use. Customers must not record or photograph others in a way that violates privacy, safety, decency, or venue rules.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The All Rounder, its owners, staff, contractors, coaches, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of opportunity, loss of enjoyment, loss of data, loss of profit, or third-party claims arising from website use, facility use, bookings, delays, cancellations, or participation in activities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Customers remain responsible for their personal safety, belongings, guests, children, and compliance with venue rules.
16. Force Majeure
The All Rounder is not responsible for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, heavy rain, extreme weather, fire, flood, power outage, epidemic, government restrictions, civil disturbance, labour issues, supply interruption, technical failure, or other force majeure events.
